Welcome to one of the BEST vacation spots in Steamboat Springs! The unit was recently completely remodeled! Everything is brand new and with super high quality. The new counter tops and back splash are exotic , 7-th level granite called Roma Imperial ( Over $100/sq ft installed- yes we know it is rental unit, but we have high standards and like to keep things nice), travertine in the master bathroom, Barn looking tile in the showers and floor in the other 2 bathrooms, designed and manufactured in Italy, fantastic barn looking floors throughout, brand new appliances ( NOTE - the dishwasher will crack open its door once it is done with the program and the handle light will go off, notifying you it is done as otherwise you can not hear it running), brand new furniture and bedding.*** Welcome to our home away from home. Our 2 bedroom, 3 Bathroom condo, located at one of the most desirable areas in Steamboat Springs has everything for a family getaway. It features an AC for the hot summer months and a private garage connected to the unit. Once you park, you will enter the main level, it is very spacious and accommodates all of our family and friends every time we visit. The kitchen opens into the living room, so our kids hang out and help us with the meals for a great quality family time. We truly appreciate every moment we spend there, since it gives us the opportunity to bond and create wonderful memories for the years to come. There is a full bathroom and a balcony off the main level with great mountain views and sunsets we enjoy every night. There are two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms on the lower level, so every time we have company they have their own personal space. The washer and dryer are located outside the bedrooms, so it is very convenient to do laundry. We also have a private sauna that we use in the winter months after a hard day of skiing. Speaking of skiing, one of the reasons we decided to purchase this property is the location and the second - the amenities. The unit is one of the closest ones in the complex, located to the trail, that merges with Apres Ski way, so we ski down to the street, take our skis off and we are home within 10 seconds. We usually stop for lunch and go back on the mountain for a couple of more runs. When the children were little, we used to switch with my husband and take turns skiing, it is that close. Now that the kids are older they thoroughly enjoy the pool and hot tubs. The common areas in the complex are top notch, they even have a pool table. There is a small grocery store and deli within 2 minute walk if we run out of the few supplies, but for the initial shopping we would hop on the shuttle that the complex offers and get groceries from City Market. We do go to downtown Steamboat a few times, every time we visit and we always use the shuttle, so we do not have to drive anywhere in snowy conditions. The complex also has covered parking for extra cars, so our friends never have to shovel snow when they join us. We would love to host your stay.
